Lead roadmap reviews between engineering and suppliers to align on requirements and solutions Collaborate with business units to map long‑term needs to supply base offerings Implement sourcing decisions, conduct risk assessment/mitigation, and develop alternate technical solutions Manage large, complex programs across multiple locations and business units Proactively resolve program issues and coordinate with partners to maintain supply continuity and project progress Drive cross‑functional negotiations to secure favorable cost and delivery terms Provide industry knowledge on optics transceivers fabrication technologies and market trends Responsibilities

MS or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience Technical knowledge of optics transceivers for single and multi‑mode applications Deep knowledge of optics transceivers ecosystem components (Laser, PD, TIA; Driver, CDR/DSPs) Proficiency in negotiation to secure competitive advantages and high customer satisfaction Qualifications
