About the Team
The Workday Success Plans Team focuses on customers’ post Go‑Live journey, delivering programs to drive business value from their Workday applications. We create feature demonstrations, full feature deployments, and other advisory services to help customers achieve business goals.
About the Role
You will act as a trusted Workday advisor for our customers, helping them solve business problems using the Workday application. Responsibilities include consulting, configuration guidance, troubleshooting, and delivering feature demonstrations. Your expertise will enable customers to adopt new features and maximize their investment in Workday.
Primary Responsibilities
Conduct research to understand customer questions and related Workday concepts.
Deliver small‑scope consulting in response to customer requests; provide configuration guidance, demonstrations, considerations, tips, and tricks.
Troubleshoot product configuration to meet customer business requirements.
Communicate responses and value to customers clearly and effectively.
Create and deliver customer presentations on using Workday features to achieve business goals (Accelerator Webinars).
Provide one‑on‑one consulting guidance to accelerate customer feature adoption (Feature Accelerator).
Review customer tenants to identify adoption opportunities (Feature Adoption Tenant Reviews).
Maintain product expertise and Workday Certification(s), and stay familiar with the Workday roadmap.
Keep up to date with industry practices and engage customers on those topics.
Help drive the creation of new programs to accelerate customer feature adoption.
Additional Advisory Services
Office Hours: appointment‑based consulting engagements providing guidance and product expertise.
Configuration and business requirements reviews with detailed deliverables and optimization opportunities.
One‑on‑one customer configuration designs.
Full deployments of Workday features.
Travel up to 20% as required.
About You
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of IT implementation experience.
5+ years of experience with Payroll Absence or Time Tracking systems (PeopleSoft, SAP, or Oracle).
2+ years of software consulting experience.
Additional Qualifications
Workday Certification, or ability to certify in Workday Payroll, Absence, or Time Tracking.
Ability to understand new Workday features as they are released.
Ability to distill complex concepts into understandable presentations.
Strong multitasking and juggling of multiple engagements.
Critical thinking skills to understand complex technical processes and influence decisions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required.

Primary Location: POL.WarsawPrimary Location Base Pay Range: zł199,400 PLN – zł299,200 PLNWorkday pay ranges are based on objective criteria such as experience and education. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan, a role‑specific commission/bonus, and annual refresh stock grants awarded by Workday Inc.
