Strategic Industrial Controller: Pharma FP&A & SAP Lead

Experteer Italy is seeking an Industrial Controller for our Monza site to drive financial planning and cost control within the manufacturing function. This role requires a proactive mindset and will involve optimizing working capital while collaborating across departments. The ideal candidate will possess over 5 years of experience in finance, particularly within pharmaceuticals, and a strong understanding of SAP and FP&A processes. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics is essential.
