Overview In this role you will own and evolve a stable, scalable Salesforce environment (Sales, Service, Marketing Clouds) and provide expert‑level guidance to users. You’ll lead platform governance, integrations, and release cycles while collaborating with IT, business owners, and external partners. You will help align Salesforce with organizational strategy and operational excellence, driving reliability and performance across the global team. This is a hands‑on, cross‑functional role with a focus on impact and continuous improvement. Benefits Maintain and expand expert‑level Salesforce knowledge across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud Oversee system administration tasks including security, roles & profiles, workflows, automation, flows, and monitoring Manage upgrades, patches, and release cycles ensuring process compatibility Provide 2nd/3rd level technical support for Salesforce issues and adhere to SLAs Execute Incident, Problem, and Change Management per ITIL practices Perform daily operations, user support, troubleshooting, and platform health monitoring Responsibilities Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or related field 5–7 years of hands‑on Salesforce CRM experience including Sales, Service, and (preferred) Marketing Cloud Knowledge of Experience Cloud, B2 B Ecommerce is a plus Strong experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and declarative configuration Experience with Git repositories, Dev Ops, CI/CD pipelines, and release/version management Solid understanding of security concepts, auditability, logging, and compliance Strong XML and server‑to‑server web services (SOAP); REST experience preferred Excellent communication skills to translate technical issues into business language Strong understanding of internet technologies (firewalls, web servers, proxies, networks) Strong database concepts, data modeling, RDBMS, and SOQL Preferred Salesforce Certifications: PD1, PDII, Administrator/Advanced Administrator Good knowledge of English and Italian International experience is a plus Requisiti fondamentali Hybrid work model Global team Welcoming and collaborative culture Open company culture Opportunities for growth Cross‑border collaboration #J-18808-Ljbffr
