Business Development Manager – Subsea Cables | Offshore Wind (Southern Europe) We’re supporting a leading international cable manufacturer as they expand their presence across Southern Europe. They are looking to hire a Business Development Manager to support growth across offshore wind and subsea cable projects in the region.

Responsibilities

Identifying and developing new opportunities across offshore wind developers and EPCs.

Supporting tendering activities and commercial strategy.

Building relationships across the transmission and subsea cable ecosystem.

Qualifications

Experience within subsea cables, offshore wind, or transmission infrastructure.

Exposure to tendering/bid processes (not just pure sales).

Strong network across developers, TSOs, or EPC contractors in Europe.

A commercial mindset with the ability to navigate complex project cycles.
