Role and Responsibilities In this role, you’ll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Sales Growth in Travel & Transportation dedicated accounts: identify and develop new business opportunities, build trusted relationships with key clients and stakeholders, and position value‑driven, industry‑specific solutions.

Support Bid & Tender Preparation: actively assist senior managers in preparing offers for tenders, including macro‑solution design, effort estimation, planning and proposal documentation for Travel & Transportation engagements.

Deliver Client Program Management: contribute to the organization, planning and monitoring of main client engagements and transformation programs, ensuring high‑quality service delivery.

Identify new Opportunities for Industry‑Specific Solutions: support the development of innovative solutions based on GenAI and Cloud Applications, with a strong emphasis on Travel & Transportation business processes and digital transformation needs.

Generate Services Revenue: play an active role in generating services revenue through sales support and delivery contributions, helping drive growth across targeted Travel & Transportation accounts and programs.

Participate in Industry and Sector Events: represent the company and promote its capabilities within the Travel and Transportation ecosystem.

Required Education Technical Diploma

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Complex Service Engagements: deep expertise in understanding complex service engagements and the ability to propose innovative solutions and drive sales growth.

Solution Development: experience with developing and delivering new custom Application Development or supporting and enhancing Cloud Application services.

Client Relationship Building: proven track record of building strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the development and sales of solutions.

Financial Management: experience in managing financially successful engagements, with a focus on generating services revenue through sales.

Industry Expertise: deep understanding of the travel and transportation industry, with the ability to drive growth and success in accounts.
