Job Purpose
The Infrastructure Maintenance Supervision figure operates in the management of industrial facilities and is responsible for ensuring the operational continuity and comfort of company buildings and plants. The role ensures the proper functioning of the infrastructures through ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activities, contributing to the support of company performance and the optimization of operating costs.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activities of buildings and plants
Manage company spaces in compliance with requirements of functionality, safety, and comfort
Supervise simple civil and industrial works on buildings
Coordinate staff and external suppliers involved in facility services
Manage technical and maintenance documentation
Plan resources and develop maintenance plans
Required Skills and Qualifications
Multidisciplinary approach and strategic orientation
Ability to coordinate suppliers and internal stakeholders
Ability to manage technical data and documentation, including technical archive management
Experience in coordination of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activities of buildings and plants
Experience in management of company spaces in compliance with requirements of functionality, safety, and comfort
Experience in supervision of simple civil and industrial works on buildings
Experience in coordination of staff and external suppliers involved in facility services
Experience in managing technical and maintenance documentation
Experience in resource planning and maintenance plans
