Facility Maintenance Supervisor Scope: Permanent Location: Italy, Caivano Terms & Conditions: Full Time Job Purpose

The Infrastructure Maintenance Supervisor operates in the management of industrial facilities and is responsible for ensuring the operational continuity and comfort of company buildings and plants. The role ensures the proper functioning of the infrastructures through ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activities, contributing to the support of company performance and the optimization of operating costs. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activities of buildings and plants Manage company spaces in compliance with the requirements of functionality, safety and comfort Supervise simple civil and industrial works on buildings Coordinate staff and external suppliers involved in facility services Manage technical and maintenance documentation Plan resources and maintenance schedules What You Need To Succeed

Multidisciplinary approach and strategic orientation Ability to coordinate suppliers and internal stakeholders Ability to manage technical data and documentation (technical archive management) Coordinate ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activities of buildings and plants Manage company spaces in compliance with the requirements of functionality, safety and comfort Supervise simple civil and industrial works on buildings Coordinate staff and external suppliers involved in facility services Manage technical and maintenance documentation Plan resources and maintenance schedules Equal Opportunity Employer
