Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Dubai for a Regional Accounts Manager. The role involves managing client accounts, developing customer relationships, and driving business growth in the assigned region. Responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, preparing reports, and developing strategies to meet market needs. The Regional Accounts Manager will collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions for clients while enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
Sales and negotiation skills to identify opportunities, close deals, and achieve sales targets
Relationship management and communication skills to build strong client partnerships and resolve issues effectively
Strategic thinking and market analysis to develop tailored solutions and identify emerging trends
Proficiency in business reporting, data analysis, and CRM software
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and customer-focused environment
Prior experience in packaging solutions or related industries is preferred
Fluency in English and Italian proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
