Experteer Overview In this role, you lead and develop a regional field team (Territory Managers and Field Clinical Specialists) to drive THV therapy growth. You partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to advance sales, marketing and education initiatives within Italy, ensuring strong clinical adoption and customer relationships. You will shape territory plans, support complex sales, and develop talent in a fast‑paced environment. You contribute to Edwards’ mission of transforming patient care through innovative THV solutions.
