The Role
We are looking for a
Senior Sales Specialist
to accelerate our business growth in Italy and abroad.
This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional who enjoys building relationships with executive decision-makers, identifying new business opportunities, and leading complex sales cycles from prospecting to contract signature.
You will work directly with the CEO and Strategy Officer, contributing to the company's commercial strategy while helping expand our international client portfolio.
What You'll Do:
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with enterprise clients.
Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
Build long‑term relationships with C‑level executives and key stakeholders.
Develop commercial proposals and negotiate contracts with technical and business decision‑makers.
Collaborate with internal teams to define tailored digital solutions for clients.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging business opportunities.
Represent Coolshop at industry events, conferences, and trade fairs in Italy and abroad.
Achieve ambitious sales targets and contribute to the company's growth through clearly defined KPIs.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in B2B Enterprise Sales.
Experience selling complex digital solutions, software, consulting, or technology services.
Experience working with large organizations (preferably companies with annual revenues exceeding €500M).
Strong business development and negotiation skills.
Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
Ability to engage with C‑level executives and senior stakeholders.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
Availability to travel internationally.
Nice to Have:
Previous experience in Digital Transformation, UX, IoT, AI, or Enterprise Software.
Existing network of enterprise decision‑makers.
Experience in consultative or solution-based selling.
