Experteer Overview

In this role you will proactively hunt and engage top talent to build diverse, high-quality pipelines for current and future roles. You will work closely with TA Partners and Hiring Managers to understand requirements, map talent markets, and convert passive candidates into strong fits. You’ll test new sourcing strategies to improve response rates and time-to-fill, while championing inclusive hiring. This is a fast-paced, metrics-driven opportunity to shape critical hires for a global software business.

  • Proactively hunt for top talent via Boolean searches, job boards, social platforms, referrals, and creative sourcing methods
  • Build and nurture pipelines for high-priority and hard-to-fill roles
  • Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach and relationship building
  • Map talent markets and identify competitor talent pools
  • Partner with TA Partners and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and urgency
  • Screen and qualify candidates for technical skills, culture, and business fit
  • Track outreach, pipeline health, and conversion metrics in the database (e.G., UKG)
  • Test new sourcing strategies and tools to improve response rates and time-to-fill
  • Champion diversity sourcing initiatives and inclusive hiring practices

Responsabilità

  • Experience in proactive talent sourcing or full-cycle recruiting
  • Demonstrated success filling roles through outbound sourcing (not just inbound)
  • Expert-level sourcing using Boolean logic and multiple channels
  • Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities
  • High resilience, persistence, and follow-through
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Strong organization and pipeline management skills
