Job Description

We are looking for an experienced accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will report to the Chief Administrative Officer of the Consortium.

Responsibilities

  • Support implementation of the new accounting software Ad Hoc Revolution Web.
  • Ensure financial accuracy and compliance, tracking the financial data through detailed records and reports.
  • Reconcile general ledgers and bank statements.
  • Support preparation of financial statements for management and tax reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with local, provincial and national regulations.
  • Support forecasting of cash flow.
  • Maintain and update CERIC budget and bookkeeping records.
  • Support financial reporting of all funded and internal projects of CERIC-ERIC, according to the funding agency’s policies, internal procedures and rules of CERIC.

Requirements

  • University degree in Economics, Accounting or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 years of accounting experience.
  • Good knowledge of the accounting software Zucchetti “Ad Hoc” or “Ad hoc Revolution Web”.
  • Good knowledge of Italian fiscal rules.
  • English (minimum B2), both written and spoken.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite.
