Job Description
We are looking for an experienced accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will report to the Chief Administrative Officer of the Consortium.
Responsibilities
- Support implementation of the new accounting software Ad Hoc Revolution Web.
- Ensure financial accuracy and compliance, tracking the financial data through detailed records and reports.
- Reconcile general ledgers and bank statements.
- Support preparation of financial statements for management and tax reporting.
- Ensure compliance with local, provincial and national regulations.
- Support forecasting of cash flow.
- Maintain and update CERIC budget and bookkeeping records.
- Support financial reporting of all funded and internal projects of CERIC-ERIC, according to the funding agency’s policies, internal procedures and rules of CERIC.
Requirements
- University degree in Economics, Accounting or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of accounting experience.
- Good knowledge of the accounting software Zucchetti “Ad Hoc” or “Ad hoc Revolution Web”.
- Good knowledge of Italian fiscal rules.
- English (minimum B2), both written and spoken.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite.
