Cleaner / Field Service Partner

Tenerife Home Service is looking for reliable cleaning and field service partners in Tenerife.

We provide structured home and property care for property owners, including regular cleaning, deep cleaning, guest changeover support, idle care visits, property preparation, and basic property status checks.

This role is suitable for responsible cleaners and field service partners who can work carefully, communicate clearly, and follow checklists.

Main tasks

• Regular and deep cleaning of apartments and homes
• Preparing properties before the owner's or guest's arrival
• Guest check-out cleaning and property reset
• Basic visual property checks
• Taking photos when required by the service checklist
• Reporting issues clearly to the manager
• Following agreed access and key-handling procedures

Requirements

• Experience in cleaning, housekeeping, property care, or hospitality is preferred
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Able to work on-site in Tenerife
• Able to communicate clearly via WhatsApp
• Basic English or Spanish is required;
  other languages are a plus
• Own transport is a strong advantage
• Responsible attitude toward keys, access codes, and client property
• Priority will be given to candidates who are registered as autónomo / self-employed in Spain and can issue invoices legally
• We are also open to reliable candidates who are not yet autónomo but are willing to discuss the correct legal collaboration format before starting

This is not a remote role. Work is performed on-site at properties in Tenerife.
