Currie & Brown Italy is looking for an Office Manager for its new Milan office.

The successful candidate will join an international environment starting in September, on a full-time basis, actively contributing to the organisation and day-to‑day operations of the office.

Responsibilities

The following activities will be carried out in collaboration with the Office Management, Marketing, and Finance teams based in the Treviso headquarters:

  • Managing the office’s daily administrative activities
  • Organizing and booking travel arrangements to support the technical team
  • Handling the switchboard and incoming/outgoing correspondence
  • Welcoming guests and managing office spaces
  • Entering, updating, and monitoring data within the internal management system
  • Supporting accounts payable activities, including supplier registration and management
  • Managing orders, purchases, and office supplies procurement
  • Coordinating meetings and appointments (room bookings, calendar management, logistical support)
  • Supporting basic HR activities (onboarding new hires, setting up workstations and tools, etc.)
  • Assisting in the preparation of commercial proposals (document collection, formatting, submission)
  • Supporting marketing and business development activities (updating materials, CRM, contact databases, event support)
  • Monitoring and updating internal reports (administrative and commercial)
  • Coordinating organizational aspects related to workplace health and safety, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. managing deadlines, documentation, and regulatory compliance support)

Requirements

  • Previous experience in similar roles (Office Assistant, Back Office, Administrative Support, or equivalent)
  • Excellent command of Italian and a good level of written and spoken English
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage priorities
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Problem‑solving mindset and proactive attitude
  • Familiarity with company management systems and/or CRM tools (considered a plus)
