Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. Being a consultant at Amaris Consulting means positioning yourself as a technical and functional expert in an industrial field, but above all, being an ambassador of our organization to clients, thanks to: Administer the API Gateway to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations for users. Execute changes, updates, and configurations in the API Gateway as required. Provide support to the L3 support team, assisting with complex technical issues related to the API Gateway. Maintain and improve the central body of knowledge related to the API Gateway, including documentation, best practices, and troubleshooting guides. Monitor the performance and availability of the API Gateway, proactively identifying and resolving any issues or bottlenecks. Collaborate with development teams to implement enhancements and improvements to the API Gateway infrastructure. Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in API management technologies, recommending and implementing relevant updates or changes. Experience in system integration and administration (minimum 5 years, non-internship technical IT industry experience). Experience in API Gateway management (minimum 3 years). Familiarity with API management best practices, security protocols, and performance optimization techniques. Experience in executing changes, updates, and configurations in API Gateway platforms. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. English fluent. Italian is a plus. You are proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with Java programming language and automation tools is a plus. Relevant Mulesoft certifications in API Gateway management are desirable.
