For our office in Milan, we are looking for an Operations Partner – CFO and Corporate General Counsel. The role provides organizational, operational, and administrative support to the CFO and the Corporate General Counsel, ensuring the effective management of daily activities, the coordination of priorities, and the safeguarding of sensitive financial, legal, and strategic information, as further detailed below. About the Role: The role provides organizational, operational, and administrative support to the CFO and the Corporate General Counsel, ensuring the effective management of daily activities, the coordination of priorities, and the safeguarding of sensitive financial, legal, and strategic information. Responsibilities: Manage complex calendars, coordinating appointments, meetings, calls, and videoconferences with internal and external stakeholders; Organize and provide operational support for executive meetings, Committees, Boards, and confidential meetings, including the preparation of supporting documentation; Prepare, review, and manage presentations, reports, briefs, and executive materials related to financial, legal, and corporate matters; Provide administrative support, including assistance with budget management, purchase orders, and related activities, as well as handling and coordination of correspondence; Coordinate daily activities, monitor deadlines, and follow up on action items, ensuring alignment among the various business functions involved; Manage and maintain structured filing of financial, legal, and corporate documentation, ensuring accuracy, organization, and confidentiality; Provide organizational support in matters related to corporate governance, compliance, audits, and extraordinary transactions; Act as an operational interface with internal functions (Finance, Legal, HR, Internal Audit, Compliance) and with external consultants and law firms; Organize business travel arrangements and manage expense reports in compliance with company policies; Handle incoming and outgoing communications with professionalism, accuracy, and discretion; Support senior management in prioritizing activities and improving overall organizational efficiency; Operate, in all activities, in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, internal policies and procedures, the organizational model pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 231/01, company codes of conduct, as well as occupational health, safety, and environmental protection requirements. Qualifications: High school diploma or university degree; A university degree is preferred, ideally in Economics, Law, Political Science, or related fields. Required Skills: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point); Good familiarity with digital tools and corporate management systems; Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken; 15 years of experience. Preferred Skills: High level of discretion and confidentiality; Strong organizational and prioritization skills;
