DEPUTY HEAD OF TRAINING & FLIGHT INSTRUCTOR - Istruttore di volo FULL TIME

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training activities and supervise the program of study.
• Conduct theoretical and practical lessons for future pilots.
• Plan and organize teaching resources and monitor student assessments.
• Ensure compliance with EASA regulations and continuously improve training programs with the FTO team.

Qualifications

• EASA CPL or higher with FI (A) rating; possibility of extension to CRI (A) / IRI (A).
• Experience of at least 500 flight hours as PIC on SEP/MEP aircraft.
• At least 3 years of experience as a flight instructor.
• Significant experience in training management and strong organizational skills for efficient planning and scheduling.
• Additional useful qualifications: excellent communication skills, team orientation, and alignment with EASA training regulations.
• Italian language at professional level.
