Job Title & Location EHS Specialist Junior – Piove di Sacco (PD), Italy Job Description We are currently seeking an EHS Specialist Junior to join our dynamic team in Piove di Sacco (PD), Italy. The position, based in Tognana, supports the EHS activities in Tognana and in other Italian locations, based on country needs, ensuring all related activities are managed according to laws and local rules. Responsibilities

Collaborate with Tognana RSPP at the analysis and evaluation of risks of the Tognana plant, preparing EHS procedures and instructions. Collaborate in writing Safety Committee reports. Enter data into safety databases: SEQAM, SAM, INCIDENTI tools, and others. Track EHS corrective, preventive, and improvement actions, providing information about status of completion and updating the database. Collaborate in conducting and writing EHS internal audits. Handle Safety & Environmental Inspections to verify implementation of activities. Maintain the training database, plan and organize safety training, involving internal and external resources as needed. Assist in analysis of accidents and near‑miss incidents. Record and fill documentation for Safety and Environment according to the law and internal requirements. Control, monitor and report on Safety and Environmental performances. Maintain Safety and Environmental statistics, issuing reports as required.

Qualifications

Technical diploma or university degree in Safety/Environmental disciplines. Preferable at least 1 year of experience in similar positions. Intermediate English language skills. Knowledge of national laws concerning Safety & Environment, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 standards. Self‑discipline and motivation. Good communication skills. Ability to work in a team. Capability to interact with Operations and Industrial Engineering.

Salary & Benefits The anticipated salary range for this role in the Piove di Sacco (PD), Italy locality is between €38,000 and €48,000 gross per year, based on a 40‑hour work week. Salary ranges for other geographic localities may vary.
