In this role you design, optimize, and automate global logistics workflows to boost efficiency and scalability. You will bridge global and regional teams to deliver strategic logistics projects aligned with company priorities. Expect to drive digital transformation through RPA and AI across order capture, management, inventory, and collections, while ensuring compliance and measurable impact. You’ll work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment focused on continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Lead global and regional logistics projects from initiation to implementation
  • Design end-to-end logistics workflows with automation and scalability
  • Map and re-engineer processes to remove inefficiencies and adopt best practices
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to deploy RPA, AI, and digital tools
  • Improve order capture, order management, inventory control, and collections
  • Define scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics
  • Coordinate cross-functional international teams across finance, supply chain, IT, sales, and operations
  • Monitor and report project performance, elevate risks as needed
  • Ensure compliance with trade, logistics regulations, and internal standards
  • Act as SME in logistics process transformation and advise leadership on improvements

Responsabilità

  • University degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
  • 7–10 years of experience in global logistics, supply chain operations, or project management
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale logistics or operations transformation projects across geographies
  • Hands‑on experience with process mapping, Lean/Six Sigma, and change management
  • Strong knowledge of RPA, AI applications, and digital process automation in logistics
  • Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems (e.G., Oracle)
  • Excellent project management skills;
    certification preferred
  • Strong analytical ability to translate data into actionable improvements
  • Advanced communication and stakeholder management in a global context
  • Proficiency in English;
    Italian or other languages are advantageous
  • Strategic thinking with execution focus
