Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a smart and proactive HR Admin International Intern to join our Human Resources Department for a 6-month internship. The selected candidate will become part of the HR team based at our Headquarters in Padova and will report directly to the Group International HR Admin, Mobility & HR Cost Controlling Senior Manager.

As an HR Admin International Intern, you will be involved in the following activities:

  • HR Administrative Support
  • Support the management of core HR administrative processes, including contract preparation, hiring, onboarding, time tracking, and employee terminations.
  • Employee Data Management
  • Maintain, update, and archive employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis
  • Prepare HR reports and support data analysis to monitor key HR metrics and support decision-making.
  • Compliance and Legal Support
  • Support compliance with company policies and local labor laws across different countries.
  • Process invoices and purchase requests using SAP Shopping Cart.
  • Ensure proper documentation, approval workflows, and timely recording of financial transactions.
  • Liaise with Finance and Procurement teams to ensure smooth and accurate accounting operations.

You are the person we are looking for if:

  • You hold a Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Law or Employment and Labor Consultancy;
  • You are fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is considered a plus;
  • You possess solid knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
  • You demonstrate a strong team-oriented mindset;
  • You are resilient, adaptable, and comfortable in dynamic environments;
  • You are open-minded and eager to learn;
  • You demonstrate discretion and confidentiality, handling sensitive information with professionalism;
  • You are a passionate and versatile individual with strong adaptability to interact with various stakeholders (Directors, Function Managers, Supervisors);
  • You have strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset;
  • You quickly gain autonomy in assigned projects;
  • You show a high level of precision and attention to detail.
