Experteer Overview In this role you drive service sales in North-East Italy for Hitachi Energy, coordinating with regional and BU teams to grow the service portfolio. You’ll manage key customer relationships, forecast sales, and secure service order volume while ensuring high satisfaction and effective SLAs. You’ll stay ahead of market trends and collaborate on promotions, product launches, and strategy to differentiate our service offerings. This is a hands‑on role for someone who wants to shape service growth in a dynamic energy environment. Retribuzione / Benefits Define and execute local service sales strategies for the full portfolio (lifecycle management, service products/solutions, installed base penetration) Aim to exceed targets across orders, GM%, response time, and customer satisfaction Forecast sales accurately using SFDC and improve data quality Negotiate major contracts to secure service order volume Identify new service business opportunities and partnerships from IB potential Collaborate with account managers and segment/channel teams to pursue leads Build long‑term relationships with key customers and decision‑makers Ensure timely handling of customer satisfaction issues and SLAs Support marketing activities, events, and product launches in country Align strategies across local stakeholders and leverage synergies in marketing/sales Stay informed on technology advances and market trends to differentiate offerings Promote Hitachi Energy’s safety, integrity, and sustainability culture Drive selling skills, share best practices, and support a One Hitachi approach Responsabilità Bachelor in a relevant field Demonstrable experience in service sales, including IB management Strong customer relationship skills Proven understanding of Hitachi Energy systems and products Experience in the energy sector Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment Willingness and ability to travel to North‑East Italy 2–3 days/week Requisiti fondamentali Incentive Plan Health Insurance Pension Fund Flexible working hours Hybrid work model Well‑being platform #J-18808-Ljbffr
