A global manufacturer of innovative ingredients is recruiting an experienced Technical Account Manager to grow sales and support customers across Italy. In this fast-paced role, you’ll blend technical understanding with strong market insight, instantly building impact in a fast moving, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth and deliver against ambitious commercial targets
• Manage and develop B2B customer relationships across the territory
• Provide clear responses to technical, formulation, regulatory and commercial enquiries
• Identify opportunities through market insight, contacts and industry intelligence
• Prepare account plans, call reports and track opportunities with precision
• Monitor KPIs and report on performance trends and variances
• Represent the business at key exhibitions, seminars and industry events

Candidate Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of the beauty & personal care market across Italy
• A strong network of potential client contacts
• Motivated, proactive and keen to set new sales records
• Clear, confident communication skills in English and Italian
