Descrizione:
- Collaborate closely with sales managers to present the company's PV solutions to customers across Italy
- Provide strong technical support to the sales team through client and project site visits, gaining a deep understanding of system requirements
- Prepare and present technical offers, advising customers on product specifications, system design, and performance considerations
- Deliver product training to clients, ensuring correct usage and understanding of technical solutions
- Organise customer training sessions in coordination with the sales team
- Plan and deliver in house technical training sessions
- Attend exhibitions, distributor roadshows, and industry events to represent the company and support product related technical discussions
- Respond to specific technical enquiries related to PV systems, providing accurate documentation and technical support
- Manage and coordinate after sales support activities to ensure smooth project implementation and high customer satisfaction
- Degree in Engineering, Technical Sciences, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in technical support or specialist roles
- Experience delivering customer facing technical presentations and training
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and training sessions simultaneously
- Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel within Italy for client visits and events
