Are you a hands‑on leader with a passion for operational excellence and team development?
Join us as a Warehouse Manager and take the lead in a fast‑paced, multi‑client logistics environment where performance and customer satisfaction are at the heart of everything we do.
You will work closely with the Warehouse Coordinator and Account Specialists to lead a team of around 60 operators, driving efficiency, service quality, and continuous improvement across all warehouse activities.
Your role will be key in shaping a high‑performing, collaborative, and safety‑driven culture, while ensuring outstanding service delivery to our clients.
Your Mission
As Warehouse Manager, you ensure the efficient, safe, and timely execution of all warehouse operations. You act as a central link between Division Management and operational teams, translating strategy into operational excellence on the ground.
Key Responsibilities Operational & Financial Performance
- Drive profitability and ensure alignment with budget targets
- Optimize operational flows, workforce planning, and equipment usage
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (productivity, accuracy, lead time, service level)
Customer Excellence
- Build strong relationships with clients and ensure high satisfaction levels
- Act as a key contact for operational alignment (volumes, priorities, performance)
- Support contract renewals and participate in business development initiatives
- Manage SLAs, reporting, and performance reviews with customers
Team Leadership & Culture
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of ~60 employees
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and performance‑driven environment
- Promote continuous learning and professional development
- Ensure a strong health & safety culture
Continuous Improvement & Projects
- Contribute to Lean initiatives (5S, process optimization, automation, digitalization)
- Support new project implementations and operational changes
- Drive innovation to improve efficiency and service quality
About You Experience & Education
- Degree in logistics, management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role, ideally in a multi‑client warehouse environment
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and WMS
- Solid analytical skills (Excel, Power BI or similar tools)
- Knowledge of KPIs, cost control, and performance management
Soft Skills
- Inspiring leader with excellent people management skills
- Customer‑focused and results‑driven mindset
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to handle pressure and solve complex problems
- Fluent English required (spoken and written)
