Sales & Market Access Director | Generics, Biosimilars & Market Access Company Overview

Job Responsibilities
- Lead national sales and market access strategy across Italy
- Own the full tendering and contracting process across regional and hospital systems
- Drive pricing, reimbursement, and negotiations with key stakeholders (AIFA, regions, hospitals)
- Build and lead a high‑performing commercial team
- Develop differentiated strategies across generics, biosimilars, and branded portfolio
- Deliver revenue growth, market share expansion, and strategic milestones
- Represent the business in industry associations and policy discussions
Qualifications
- 10+ years’ pharmaceutical leadership experience in Italy
- Strong expertise in market access, tendering, and contracting
- Proven track record in generics/biosimilars or hospital channels
- Deep understanding of AIFA, HTA, and Italian healthcare systems
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and commercial acumen
- Experience building and scaling teams in competitive markets
