Job Responsibilities
Lead national sales and market access strategy across Italy
Own the full tendering and contracting process across regional and hospital systems
Drive pricing, reimbursement, and negotiations with key stakeholders (AIFA, regions, hospitals)
Build and lead a high‑performing commercial team
Develop differentiated strategies across generics, biosimilars, and branded portfolio
Deliver revenue growth, market share expansion, and strategic milestones
Represent the business in industry associations and policy discussions
Qualifications
10+ years’ pharmaceutical leadership experience in Italy
Strong expertise in market access, tendering, and contracting
Proven track record in generics/biosimilars or hospital channels
Deep understanding of AIFA, HTA, and Italian healthcare systems
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and commercial acumen
Experience building and scaling teams in competitive markets
