Volare Vitae is looking for a
Ticketing / Airfare Specialist
to strengthen our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong GDS and fare expertise who can ensure accuracy, efficiency, and technical excellence in airline bookings and ticketing operations.
What you’ll do
Issue, reissue, and amend airline tickets accurately and efficiently
Handle fare calculations, routing logic, and ticketing deadlines
Apply fare rules and airline policies to changes, cancellations, and rebookings
Manage complex itineraries and booking updates in Amadeus
Verify reservation accuracy, ticket conditions, and booking compliance
Support travel consultants with technical ticketing expertise on more complex cases
Monitor schedule changes and ensure timely corrective action when needed
Who you are
Highly detail-oriented, structured, and precise in your work
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
A strong communicator in English; additional languages are an advantage
Proven experience in airfare, ticketing, and travel operations
Advanced knowledge of Amadeus; accreditation is strongly preferred
Solid understanding of fare rules, airline policies, and ticketing procedures
Confident handling reissues, exchanges, and complex flight changes with accuracy and speed
Able to work under pressure while maintaining a high standard of quality
