The RoleAs an Associate, you will play a key role in the execution of transactions and financial advisory projects across:
- M&A (buy‑side and sell‑side)
- Project financing
- Venture capital and debt fundraising
- Financial modelling and valuation
- Market research and strategic analysis
You will work closely with senior team members while taking ownership of core analytical and execution workstreams.
Key Responsibilities- Build, adapt and manage complex financial models (e.g. project finance, LBO, M&A structures)
- Analyse key investment drivers and perform sensitivity and scenario analysis
- Conduct financial statement analysis, identifying trends and KPIs
- Support the preparation of valuation materials and investment documentation
- Create pitch decks, teasers, and marketing materials
- Assist in the preparation of information memoranda, due diligence packs, and presentations
- Participate in client meetings and transaction execution
- Perform market research and industry analysis
- 4–5 years of experience in M&A, corporate finance, or structured advisory (ideally within energy, infrastructure, or related sectors)
- Strong financial modelling and valuation expertise
- Ability to independently prepare analysis, company profiles, and transaction materials
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Exposure to coding or AI tools is a plus
- Comfortable working in a small, entrepreneurial team
