Strong Experience on OT systems ( PLC, SCADA, HMI)

Develop OT security architectures aligned with corporate standards

Lead site assessments and define target-state OT network and security designs

Create security requirements, design documents, and implementation guidelines

Support vendor solution evaluations and technical decision-making

Provide oversight during deployment and commissioning

Ensure alignment with IEC 62443 and other relevant frameworks

Strong knowledge of industrial protocols (Modbus, Profinet, OPC-UA, etc.)

Experience with segmentation, firewalls, DMZ design, and secure remote access

Familiarity with major automation vendors (Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider, etc.)

Ability to work with cross-functional teams and site engineering groups

Strong documentation and communication skills
