The Role
Provide direction and stability to a team of ~20–25
Act as the bridge between senior leadership and operations
Improve processes and support a more centralised planning function
What We’re Looking For
FMCG planning experience
Experience in seasonal/complex manufacturing
Fluent in Italian and English
Calm, hands-on leader who can stabilise teams quickly
High-impact interim role with potential to go permanent
