Parma Site Quality & Food Safety Lead - Wiberg

NovaTaste is seeking a Site Quality & Food Safety Manager (m/f/d) to lead the Food Safety Team at the Parma site. You will continuously improve HACCP, GMP, and environmental management systems and ensure compliance with food laws and customer requirements. You will lead audits (internal, customer, supplier, regulatory), manage CAPA processes, and drive quality control and laboratory operations. Strong leadership, Italian fluency, and good English are essential.
