We are expanding our Insurance core platforms team and would like you to join us as a (Senior) Consultant for insurance core transformation in Germany , Austria, Spain or Italy. Your Tasks : Help our customers to transform their core business towards Definition of target functional and IT landscapes with focus on insurance core applications Management advisory Analysis of business requirements for insurance core processes and definition of solution design based on the target platform Analysis and development of implementation options including the subsequent coordination with the respective business and IT departments Integration Management – Analysis and definition of functional and / or technical integration of insurance core systems with peripheral systems Analysis and visualization of the effects of transformation projects on affected business areas and processes Your Profile : Professional experience in management consulting or as an in-house consultant with focus on insurance functional and / or technical architecture, core processes and / or operations management Several years of insurance experience Knowledge in project management as well as in the organization and moderation of workshops Experience in migration projects is an advantage Willingness to travel within the scope of consulting projects within Europe Business proficiency in English Benefits : Leadership culture Home office Career model Employee events Employee discounts Mobility package Project deployments Top location Training programmes Well-being at the office Work-life balance Interested?
