Purpose of the role
As a Front of House you will be a key ingredient to deliver exceptional customer experience.
You will put the resident centre stage and strive for retention and recommendation.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day running of the front desk, being the first point of contact for any student queries or needs. This includes meeting, greeting and attending to the wishes of residents and guest, ensuring they receive an exceptional service experience.

Build a good rapport with all residents and resolve any complaints/issues quickly.

Ensure a smooth check-in/out of students and their guests.

Ensure bookings are completed in terms of documents and payments before student´s arrival and ensure rooms are ready.

Ensure correct charges are levied to student accounts on check-out.

Effective trafficking of work to maintenance and housekeeping departments as reported to the front desk.

Assist the Property Manager as directed with in-house administration.

Demonstrate product knowledge and ensure that the core values are reflected through outstanding customer service.

Undertake general office duties, including correspondence, emails, filing, answering telephone calls and ensure the smooth running of the front of house area.

Responsible for the signing in and out of daytime guests.

Assist with general building security by monitoring who enters and leaves the property and to report anything suspicious to the Property Manager.

Responsible for accepting mail and parcels for staff and distributing them correctly and efficiently using in-house systems.

Process all in-house related requests including extension of tenancy, rebooking, room moves, transfer of tenancy.

Handle sales enquiries and support the letting process, as well as conducting a property viewing when requested.

Comply with policies and procedures to ensure any changes are understood and carried out.

Liaise with all departments, including maintenance, housekeeping, finance and sales on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements, maintaining property documentation and processes.
