We are hiring for a highly experienced sales professional with a few years of experience in Machine Vision systems for an expanding leading robotics/automation company. This is an individual contributor position. In this role, you will work on the expansion of Machine Vision/Optical/Robotics solutions across the Italy region.

Key Focus Areas

Machine Vision / Robotics / Automation

Italian/English speaking

Responsibilities You will identify and scale partnerships with Tier-1 OEMs and System Integrators, focusing on high-precision sectors such as Semiconductors and Automotive.

Beyond pure sales, you will act as a key cross-continental technical liaison, coordinating between European customers and global R&D hubs to ensure localised technical requirements are met and help customers with machine vision product selection and also carry out demos.

This is a permanent position, based remotely in Italy (with regional travel).

Qualifications

Academic background in Automation, Electronics, or Engineering.

3+ years of sales experience within the industrial automation or robotics sectors.

Deep fluency in Italian & English.

Experience with machine vision systems.

Experience with demos and machine vision system selection; ideally knowledge of debugging.
