About UsWe are a dynamic and fast-growing organization operating in the medical congress and events sector, both nationally and internationally.
The RoleWe are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Sales Representative to join our team. You will work closely with the CEO, playing a key role in business development, fundraising, and client acquisition.
This position requires a proactive mindset and a high level of independence. After an initial onboarding phase, you will be expected to quickly gain autonomy and take full ownership of your activities.
Key Responsibilities- Support and contribute to fundraising and sponsorship activities for medical congresses and events
- Build and manage relationships with sponsors, partners, and key stakeholders
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and clients
- Support the CEO in commercial development and client acquisition initiatives
- Achieve assigned sales targets with a high degree of autonomy
- Maintain and update CRM systems and prepare activity reports
- Collaborate with the event team to ensure successful project delivery
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or fundraising
- Excellent command of English
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to work independently
- Interest in the events or congress industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and results-driven attitude
- Ability to take initiative and thrive in a dynamic environment
