About Us

We are a dynamic and fast-growing organization operating in the medical congress and events sector, both nationally and internationally.

The Role

We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Sales Representative to join our team. You will work closely with the CEO, playing a key role in business development, fundraising, and client acquisition.

This position requires a proactive mindset and a high level of independence. After an initial onboarding phase, you will be expected to quickly gain autonomy and take full ownership of your activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and contribute to fundraising and sponsorship activities for medical congresses and events
  • Build and manage relationships with sponsors, partners, and key stakeholders
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and clients
  • Support the CEO in commercial development and client acquisition initiatives
  • Achieve assigned sales targets with a high degree of autonomy
  • Maintain and update CRM systems and prepare activity reports
  • Collaborate with the event team to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or fundraising
  • Excellent command of English
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Interest in the events or congress industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and results-driven attitude
  • Ability to take initiative and thrive in a dynamic environment
