In this role you lead and support R&D projects focused on food applications, ensuring rigorous lab practices and scientific assessment. You work within a cross‑functional setting to advance product safety, quality, and shelf‑life through advanced microbiology and analytics. You will manage experiments, document results, and report findings to stakeholders. This position offers the chance to shape innovative food solutions at a global ingredient company.

- Oversee laboratory experiments and analyses for food applications with safety and quality compliance
- Promote best practices in lab operations including equipment maintenance, sample prep, GMP and ISO adherence
- Maintain accurate lab records and reports using electronic notebooks
- Perform advanced microbiological analyses (enumeration, pathogen detection, aseptic culturing, challenge testing)
- Design and execute experiments to assess safety, nutrition, and product quality
- Interpret and clearly report results ensuring data traceability and validity
Responsabilità
- Master's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of laboratory experience in food applications and microbiology
- Proven expertise in lab analysis, scientific assessment, and lab best practices
- Experience in project management and reporting
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
