Roles & Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy tailored to each social platform.
    • Develop and execute KOL marketing campaigns to support product launches, brand awareness, and user acquisition goals.
    • Drive brand storytelling, product launches, and campaigns tailored to different consumer segments.
    • Conduct competitor analysis and research emerging platforms and trends to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
  • Content Creation & Management
    • Lead content planning and calendar management, ensuring a mix of product-led, brand-led, Kol-lead, and community-driven content.
    • Oversee the production of high-quality, platform-specific creatives.
    • Collaborate with the creative team to design content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Performance Analytics
    • Track and analyze the performance of social & KOL campaigns, leveraging data to optimize content and strategy.
  • Collaboration
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, brand, and growth marketing, to align social media efforts with overall business goals.
    • Identify, evaluate, and build relationships with relevant content creators and external agencies to amplify brand reach and engagement.
  • Support Community Management
    • Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers to foster a strong online community.
Qualification
  • 5+ years of experience in Social media & KOL strategy in consumer electronics industry.
  • Strong understanding of major social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and their influencer ecosystems.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
  • Proven track record of managing successful KOL campaigns from start to finish.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing and digital advertising is a plus.
  • English is required.
