Asset manager - Industrial / Commercial Projects

Overview In this role you will oversee real estate portfolio operations to optimize use and performance in line with business goals. You will partner with cross-functional teams to guide portfolio strategy, lease negotiations, and risk management, while driving cost savings and sustainability initiatives. You’ll act as the primary contact for escalations and maintain stakeholder relationships with landlords, developers and internal partners. Responsabilità

Oversee real estate portfolio operations to optimize performance and utilization Serve as primary liaison for real estate escalations and stakeholder support Negotiate landlord consents, lease amendments, retrofits, and operational changes Develop regional real estate strategies including consent negotiations and risk management Support Transaction Managers with lease renewals, terminations, and data-driven initiatives Identify cost savings and efficiency opportunities and implement best practices Provide leadership during disasters or significant events impacting operations Address end-of-term obligations and dilapidations to minimize financial exposure Build and maintain relationships with landlords, developers and external stakeholders Advise senior leadership on strategic real estate concepts aligned with organizational goals Champion sustainability and ESG initiatives across the portfolio Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Operations, Engineering, and Construction teams Support OPEX analysis, payment escalations, and landlord expense modifications Assist audits and portfolio reviews to ensure compliance and cost savings Provide reporting inputs and liaise with Finance on real estate liabilities and Asset Management targets

Requisiti fondamentali

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Real Estate, or related field Experience with commercial real estate software: Tango, Yardi, or MRI Experience in commercial real estate or lease administration in industrial/commercial/data center environments Experience with lease administration processes Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking) Experience with Landlord and Tenant codes, commercial law and service charges Experience reading and interpreting lease language and managing critical lease dates Experience in property or asset management within related sectors Proficiency in building systems (fire/safety, HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and ability to interpret construction blueprints Tango Yardi MRI lease negotiation lease administration building systems knowledge
