Associate - Corporate Transaction and Adv

Overview In this role you advise leading clients on a broad range of public and private transactions, with a primary focus on Private Equity within the Corporate team. You will work closely with clients and colleagues to deliver high-quality, business-minded legal advice across cross-border deals. The position offers significant exposure to complex transactions and opportunities for progression in a collaborative, inclusive firm that values diverse perspectives. You will shape deal execution and develop strong transactional and organizational skills while contributing to a global, multi-disciplinary team.

Responsabilità

Advise clients on public and private M&A, disposals, demergers, joint ventures, restructurings, and governance/regulatory matters Lead and manage deal workstreams in cross-border transactions Collaborate with a global team of lawyers and subject-matter experts Develop and refine transactional and drafting skills through hands-on deal work Support career progression and continuous learning through formal and informal training

Requisiti fondamentali

Associate (qualified up to 2015) with experience in M&A and Private Equity transactions in a top-tier international law firm or Italian structured law firm Self-starter with strong academic background Team player with excellent communication, analytical and drafting skills High level of commercial awareness and ability to lead deals while managing multiple workstreams Experience in transactions involving listed companies is highly regarded team player strong communication analytical thinking M&A transactions Private Equity cross-border transactions
