Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead the operations of a STACK Data Center Campus, ensuring safe, compliant, and reliable 24/7 performance while optimizing budgets and client satisfaction. You will oversee the Critical Operations team, coordinate vendors and projects, and drive continuous improvement in maintenance and incident response. This is a hands‑on, cross‑functional leadership position in a fast‑growing, international tech environment that values safety, reliability, and customer focus. You will shape campus‑level standards and collaborate with internal teams to support mission‑critical services.

- Lead safe, compliant campus operations across critical infrastructure activities
- Manage the Critical Operations team and support training and development
- Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance programs to ensure reliability
- Coordinate vendors, contractors, and project activities including fit‑out and commissioning
- Develop and maintain technical procedures for maintenance and emergency situations
- Monitor facility performance and respond to incidents or abnormal conditions
- Lead incident reporting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement
- Manage site audits for regulatory, HSE, and STACK compliance
- Manage CAPEX/OPEX budgets, forecasting, and operational reporting with KPIs
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to maintain high customer satisfaction
Responsabilità
- Experience in Data Center, critical facilities, or campus/facility management
- Knowledge of cooling, power, and maintenance of critical infrastructure systems
- Experience managing 24/7 operations, vendors, and teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management
- Understanding of regulatory compliance, HSE, and best practices
- Financial awareness with experience budgeting operational costs
- Fluent in Italian and English
