Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the operations of a STACK Data Center Campus, ensuring safe, compliant, and reliable 24/7 performance while optimizing budgets and client satisfaction. You will oversee the Critical Operations team, coordinate vendors and projects, and drive continuous improvement in maintenance and incident response. This is a hands‑on, cross‑functional leadership position in a fast‑growing, international tech environment that values safety, reliability, and customer focus. You will shape campus‑level standards and collaborate with internal teams to support mission‑critical services. Retribuzione / Benefits Lead safe, compliant campus operations across critical infrastructure activities Manage the Critical Operations team and support training and development Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance programs to ensure reliability Coordinate vendors, contractors, and project activities including fit‑out and commissioning Develop and maintain technical procedures for maintenance and emergency situations Monitor facility performance and respond to incidents or abnormal conditions Lead incident reporting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement Manage site audits for regulatory, HSE, and STACK compliance Manage CAPEX/OPEX budgets, forecasting, and operational reporting with KPIs Collaborate with internal teams and clients to maintain high customer satisfaction Responsabilità Experience in Data Center, critical facilities, or campus/facility management Knowledge of cooling, power, and maintenance of critical infrastructure systems Experience managing 24/7 operations, vendors, and teams Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management Understanding of regulatory compliance, HSE, and best practices Financial awareness with experience budgeting operational costs Fluent in Italian and English Requisiti fondamentali Competitive compensation package Opportunities for professional growth Modern and innovation‑driven environment International company culture Skills development GDPR‑compliant recruitment process #J-18808-Ljbffr
