Responsibilities

  • Financial Strategy & Value Creation
    • Define and execute financial strategy aligned with business plan and long-term objectives.
    • Lead budgeting, forecasting, performance monitoring, and scenario analysis.
    • Drive M&A, financing, restructuring, and capital markets transactions.
    • Optimize capital structure.
  • Reporting, Control & Governance
    • Oversee statutory and consolidated reporting (IFRS / OIC).
    • Ensure accuracy, transparency, and timely financial closing.
    • Strengthen internal controls, governance, KPIs, and management reporting.
  • Treasury & Risk Management
    • Manage liquidity, cash flow, working capital, and net financial position.
    • Negotiate banking facilities and oversee covenant compliance.
    • Manage FX, interest rate, and financial risk hedging strategies.
  • Tax, Compliance & Stakeholder Management
    • Define tax strategy and manage audits and regulatory relationships.
    • Lead relationships with auditors, investors, banks, and advisors.
    • Ensure high-quality financial communication to Board and shareholders.

Your Profile

  • Degree in Economics, Finance, or similar; MBA or Master in Finance preferred.
  • 10 years of senior finance experience, including CFO / Deputy CFO roles in complex or international environments.
  • Strong background in IFRS / OIC, corporate finance, M&A, and fundraising.
  • Experience with ERP and BI tools (SAP, Oracle, Power BI, etc.).
  • Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
  • Strategic, authoritative leader with strong ethics, communication skills, and business mindset.

City: Milan

Salary Package: 90.000€ - 100.000€.
