In this role you drive transformation projects for private-sector clients, delivering lasting impact and building capabilities. You work across leadership and client teams, gradually leading workstreams and shaping practical solutions. You’ll engage in workshops, internal initiatives, and an accelerated development path supported by coaching and peer guidance. Implement transformation projects across sectors to ensure long-term impact
Support leadership and client teams in workstreams and progressively assume independent responsibility
Assist in client meetings and workshops to achieve project objectives
Contribute to internal firm projects and growth initiatives
Operate in a flexible, high-quality work environment with emphasis on learning and development
Requisiti fondamentali
Master’s degree
5+ years of experience in project delivery and PMO/implementation, preferably in consulting
Proven ability to drive long-lasting impact and collaborate to achieve results
Strong, pragmatic problem-solving skills
Experience with project management delivery using tools/methods like MS Project, Prince2, Agile or similar
Knowledge of AI-related solutions is highly desirable
Experience in Consumer/Retail, Advanced Industries or mid-sized enterprises is advantageous
Ability to travel and be on client site Monday–Thursday
Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
