Your role at KIKO MILANO
We are looking for a Global PR Manager to join KIKO MILANO’s Brand Team, reporting to the Global EVP Brand, Communication & Media Director.
Such talent will be responsible for defining and driving the global PR and communication strategy, enhancing brand awareness and brand positioning across key markets.
The role will oversee integrated communication initiatives, media relations, events, partnerships, and talent engagement activities, ensuring consistency and impact across all touchpoints while supporting the overall business and brand objectives.
In particular, you will:
- Define and drive the global PR, Events, Celebrities and communication strategy in alignment with brand positioning and business priorities
- Develop and oversee global communication assets and press materials, ensuring consistency across all channels and markets
- Lead international PR campaigns end-to-end, from concept development and agency briefing to execution and performance monitoring
- Build and manage relationships with media, PR agencies, influencers, celebrities and strategic partners globally
- Oversee the planning, organization and budget management of international press events, brand activations and partnership initiatives
- Define global guidelines and governance for local PR initiatives, sponsorships and market activations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Retail, Marketing and Commercial teams to ensure consistency and impact across brand experiences
- Monitor, analyze and report PR and communication performance metrics to assess effectiveness and support strategic decision-making
What you will need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- +7/8 years of experience in a similar role, a previous experience in Companies in the Beauty Retail Business is a strong plus
- Excellent English knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to travel
