Freyssinet Products Company Italy plays a key role within the Group by designing, manufacturing and delivering high-performance systems and equipment dedicated to prestressing, structural monitoring, lifting and specialized engineering solutions.
Operating in a highly technical and international environment, the company supports major infrastructure and construction projects while promoting innovation, quality and operational excellence.
The HR scope covers approximately 93 employees across a multi-site organization located around Milan, with three close operational sites: Montebello della Battaglia (main site), Canegrate and Milano.
The organization combines:
an industrial activity with an integrated technical department,
and a business unit activity involving the management of small construction projects across Italy.
As part of our continued development, we are looking for a Human Resources Manager who will contribute to supporting our teams and strengthening our people strategy.
Reporting to the management team, you will oversee the full employee lifecycle and act as a trusted HR partner for managers and employees.
This is a broad and hands-on HR position combining operational responsibilities with strategic support. You will manage HR administration, payroll, recruitment, training and employee relations while helping foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
You will also play a key role in supporting business growth, developing talent and ensuring alignment with Group HR policies and values.
HR Administration & Payroll
You will supervise monthly payroll activities, ensure compliance with labor regulations and maintain accurate HR records and employee documentation.
Recruitment & Onboarding
Working closely with managers, you will support recruitment activities, coordinate interviews and ensure smooth onboarding processes for new employees.
Training & Development
You will identify development needs, coordinate training initiatives and contribute to annual performance reviews and People Review processes.
As a daily HR contact for managers and employees, you will support operational teams on HR matters, employee relations and workplace topics while helping maintain a positive social climate.
HR Reporting & Compliance
You will monitor key HR indicators, support HR budgeting activities and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR professional with a solid generalist background.
You hold a degree in Human Resources, Employment Law or Business Administration and bring at least five years of experience in a similar HR role including payroll management. Experience within construction, engineering or industrial environments would be highly appreciated.
