In this role you will oversee the full employee lifecycle and act as a trusted HR partner in an international, matrix environment. You will manage HR administration, payroll, recruitment, training and employee relations while supporting a positive, collaborative workplace. You will contribute to people development and ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations. Responsabilità

• Degree in Human Resources, Employment Law or Business Administration
• At least five years' experience in a similar HR role including payroll management
• Experience in construction, engineering or industrial environments preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, autonomy and prioritization skills
• Ability to interact with stakeholders in an international matrix environment
