CEME Group is an international industrial group and a leading company in the design and manufacturing of fluid management solutions and systems.For our Headquarters in Trivolzio (Italy), we are looking for a Key Account Manager (KAM) – Food & Beverage Segment.Develop and execute strategies to grow sales through OEM customers, managing the business relationship, setting KPIs, negotiating contracts, and meeting revenue targetsAct as the main technical and commercial point of reference for customers, providing solutions and managing critical issuesAbility to effectively interface and collaborate with customers' Technical and Quality departmentsDevelop and execute strategies to grow sales through partners, managing the entire distribution network, setting KPIs, negotiating contracts, analyzing market trends, and meeting revenue targets, focusing on channel development, partner enablement, and maximizing market presenceAbility to work independently and as a highly cooperative team memberLeadership skills, curiosity, and spirit of initiativeAbility to develop and sustain long term relationships with customersTravel > 50% of timeImmediate authority to decide over issues related to his/her process, according to the delegation of his/her superiorStrategy & Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies focused on OEM market growth, setting long-term objectives in line with CEME’s strategyTechnical Application & Development: Act as the primary technical contact to identify and develop customized solutions for OEM customers. Work directly with customers' R&D and Technical departments to integrate Group products into their machinesCustomer Management: Manage and grow strategic OEM accounts. Tailor value propositions and price positioning based on specific technical requirements and customer profilesPerformance & KPIs: Define, track, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the assigned OEM portfolio to ensure sales targets and project milestones are metMarket Analyses: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and refine channel strategiesSales Operations: Oversee sales forecasting, manage the project pipeline, and update the monthly rolling forecastCollaboration: Work closely with Technica, Marketing, R&D, and other internal teams to align sales initiatives with broader company goalsNegotiation & Compliance: Negotiate contracts and partnership terms, ensuring they follow legal and company standards.Master or Bachelor degree in EngineeringKnowledge of international B2B sales Industrial in the Food & Beverage sector (HO.RE.CA e Vending)Proficiency with CRM systems and sales data analysisA background or strong interest in Mechatronics is highly appreciatedProactive personality with curiosity and spirit of initiativeStrong organizational and time management skills (ability to multi-task is a must)Creative problem solver with the ability to manage critical issuesGood financial knowledge (P&L, EBITDA, margin analysis, etc.)Entry Level: B3Salary Range: €65.000 – €75,000 gross per year #J-18808-Ljbffr
