In this role, you will assist clients throughout their journey by providing timely support, answering questions, and ensuring a seamless experience from planning to departure. You’ll play a key role in helping travelers feel confident, informed, and excited about their upcoming trips.

• Provide support via email, chat, and phone
• Assist with updates, changes, and general client inquiries
• Share helpful information related to upcoming travel plans and arrangements
• Follow up with clients prior to departure to ensure they feel prepared
• Resolve concerns while maintaining a positive and professional experience
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
