🍏 Order Support Specialist (Italian Speaker) | Remote | Portugal

Are you fluent in Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2+)? Join the Order Support team and help deliver an exceptional customer experience by supporting online orders in a dynamic back-office environment.

📍 Location

• Remote from anywhere in mainland Portugal
• Company equipment provided
• Company accommodation available for international candidates relocating to Portugal

💼 What You'll Do

• Handle complex Apple online order cases and escalations
• Investigate and resolve order-related issues
• Communicate with customers via phone and email when needed
• Work with internal teams to ensure fast and accurate resolutions
• Maintain accurate records using SAP and internal systems

✅ Requirements

• Italian C1/C2 (written & spoken)
• English B2 or higher
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• SAP knowledge is a plus (training provided)
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays

🕒 Working Schedule

• 40 hours per week

🎓 Training

• Paid training in English
• Full product and systems training
• Ongoing support throughout onboarding
